Aloha All Divine Ones,
Today's post is based on a teaching I received while reading, Soul Mind Body,Medicine, a best selling book by Dr. and Master Sha.
SOUL POWER: SAY HELLO HEALING AND SAY HELLO BLESSING
Master Sha writes " Say Hello Healing and Say Hello Blessing" is the simplest and most profound
healing technique of Soul Mind Body Medicine.
In this blog, I am focusing on our inner and outer beauty. It seemed timely to focus on the sacred waters. I was wondering how the sacred waters influence and nurture our inner and outer beauty.
The Healing Formula for Soul Power is as follows:
Greeting:
Give love:
Make an affirmation:
Give an order:
Express gratitude:
Let's apply this formula to the inner sacred waters of our soul, heart, mind and body.
Say hello: Aloha to my soul, mind, and body and all of the inner souls; including all my organs, systems, cells, DNA and RNA, spaces, chakras, energy centers.
Give Love: I love you all very much.
Make and affirmation: You have the power to heal, rejuvenate, develop and enlighten the inner sacred waters of my soul, heart, mind and body.
Give an order: Do a good job.
Express gratitude: Thank you, thank you, thank you.
When was the last time you sent love and gratitude to the sacred the waters within you! Humans are over 90%water when they are born. This water diminishes as we age. Let us continue to send our deepest love and gratitude to the sacred waters within.
Let's continue.
Now we apply Soul Power by "Saying Hello" to outer souls.
You may request a blessing from Dr. and Master Sha on page 336 in Soul Mind Body Medicine Book to bless the sacred waters for your healing and rejuvenation. You may request Heaven, Mother Earth, Healing Angels, Sacred Waters from all stars, planets, galaxies and universes to bless you.

Dear Divine, I love you, honor you and appreciate you.
You have the power to bless and rejuvenate the sacred waters in all my souls. Please heal and rejuvenate all the waters and send me Heaven's sacred waters.
Please send me these sacred waters to heal and rejuvenate my (make your request)skin.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I am so grateful.
This is a daily practice for all of us to develop our soul power. We may also want to consider
